Clear Drop Rum is un-aged, unadulterated, crystal-clear perfection. Slowly distilled to create the purest of Drops, softer than a velvet cloud of silk. Delicately blended by the Master Blender for an even greater depth of flavour, this embellishment-free Rum can be enjoyed neat or mixed in cocktails.

Notes of vanilla ice cream, blueberries, fresh green apples, summer berries and walnuts.

Try this yummy, but simple cocktail:

- 2 parts DropWorks Clear Drop Rum
- 3 parts Cloudy Apple Juice
- 3 parts Sparkling Elderflower

Fill your fanciest glass with plenty of ice (wine glass or high ball works best). Add DropWorks Rum, Cloudy Apple Juice and top with the Sparkling Elderflower. Garnish with a slice of apple, a sprig of mint or both!
