Iolite healing crystals are known for their association with the third eye chakra and bring strong intuition and vision to the user. With shades of violet and blue, it is known as the "Vikings compass" as Iolite was used in as one of the first polarizing filters used in navigation. 

This crystal is known for generating motivation and reducing the effects of distraction and disorganisation. It also has healing properties of reducing fatty deposits in the body, and mitigating the effects of alcohol which can all aid weight loss.
