Family-run by Marcelo Miguel and the Madeira family across 33 hectares. Coffee is processed as naturals on concrete patios and finished in rotary dryers, with full farm-to-cup traceability.

Grown by small-scale indigenous producers at high altitude, above organic standards. Exceptional biodiversity, shaded canopy, and traditional Typica and Bourbon varieties define Oaxaca's rare, delicate cup profile.
