Order Cancellations and Pre-Orders

Ex Store Hartlepool sells products as standard one-off purchases. Selected products may also be available for pre-order.

We do not offer subscriptions or try-before-you-buy purchases.

Standard Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact info@bulksweetsuk.com as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, your rights to cancel or return it are explained in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Pre-Orders

Selected products may be offered for pre-order. These products will be clearly identified on their product pages.

Expected availability or dispatch dates, payment arrangements and relevant conditions will be provided before checkout.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, please contact us at info@bulksweetsuk.com.

If an expected dispatch date changes significantly, we will contact you where reasonably possible and explain your options.

Any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Returns and Refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy explains your cancellation rights, return procedures, refund arrangements and applicable exceptions.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
