How to prepare

For roast meat:

1. Take the roast out of the roasting dish and drain off excess fat.
2. Add 2 heaped dessertspoons (about 25g) of gravy to the meat juices, stirring with a wooden spoon.
3. Add boiling water and stir until it's as thick as you like.

For grilled or fried meat:

1. Add 2 heaped dessertspoons (about 25g) of gravy to 300ml (1/2 pint) of boiling water.
2. Whisk well with a fork and serve.
