About the Farmer

The Moreira and Alckmin families have a long history of coffee farming in Southern Minas Gerais, Brazil, spanning over five generations. They now operate under the name M&A Coffees, managing farms in the Mantiqueira de Minas region, known for producing high-quality coffee. Their farms cultivate over 600 hectares of arabica coffee, specialising in natural, washed, and fermented specialty coffees rated between 80 and 90 points on the SCA scale.

Add 30g boiled water & stir.
Add 170g water & stir.
Leave to brew for 45–60 secs.
Extract.

Cafetière

Suitable for 3 people.
40g Coffee, Coarse grind.
Add 96g boiled water & stir.
Add water to 1 inch under spout and stir again.
Place lid on and brew for 2 mins.
Push plunger, pour and serve.
