Bimber Re-Charred Oak Single Cask #143 Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky, 70cl

A rare limited edition English single malt whisky from London's Bimber Distillery. Distilled in May 2016 and matured in a single re-charred oak cask, this expression was bottled in October 2020 — with only 299 individually numbered bottles produced.

The deep char and caramelisation of the wood sugars deliver a whisky of exceptional character: balanced notes of burnt toffee and piquant spice, harmonised with Bimber's signature fruity London spirit.

Founded by Polish emigrants in London, Bimber Distillery has been bottling small-batch and single-cask whiskies since 2019, working primarily with Ex-Bourbon, Sherry, and Virgin Oak casks.
