Cotswolds Distillery Bourbon Cask English Whisky is entirely matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks giving an abundance of rich vanilla, orchard fruit and toasty oak. Smooth, with a honeyed, malty finish.

Premium American oak barrels are ideal for ageing whisky and impart delicious notes of vanilla and honey. This sweet and malty cask strength expression is a whisky for purists and a wonderful expression of the Cotswolds Distillery character.

Natural Colour. Non-Chill Filtered.

Malt: 100% locally grown, traditionally floor malted barley from the Cotswolds.

Yeast: Two complementary varieties - Anchor and Fermentis - to ensure good yields and excellent fruity flavours.

Water: Village water supply - filtered, softened and demineralised before use.

Wood: Premium first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky, made from American white oak (Quercus alba).

The Cotswolds Distillery was founded in 2013 in Stourton in the heart of the Cotswolds.
