Packed in an environment that handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery, soya, and products containing gluten.

Preparation & Cooking:

Soak dried beans for at least 8 hours in cold water, then drain and rinse. To cook, cover with fresh cold water and bring to a rolling boil for a minimum of 10 minutes to destroy natural toxins. Reduce heat and simmer for 45–60 minutes until tender throughout. Do not add salt during cooking as it toughens the skins. Allow approx. 55g dried weight per person — beans will at least double in weight once cooked.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Reseal after opening or transfer to an airtight container.
