Cooking Instructions
Allow approximately 40g dry lentils per 80g cooked serving. Wash in 3–4 changes of clean water. Soak for 15–20 minutes if preferred. Replace water, bring to the boil for at least 10 minutes, then simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.
