Our Organic Whole Coffee Beans are made with 100% Arabica variety grown around the hills of Mercedes in Honduras. Arabica (Coffea Arabica) is the star among coffees, loved by coffee connoisseurs worldwide for its sweetness, delicacy, versatility and fragrant quality.

Grown in a Unique Location

The mountains where our coffee is grown are located in the very south of Honduras, an area protected by some of the country's highest peaks, next to Guisayote National Reserve and the Pacayita volcano. These create ideal conditions to grow coffee: special microclimate, rich soils, perfect altitude, diverse fauna and flora, with plentiful natural shade.

• Coffee grows in plot distancing to improve oxygenation and avoid diseases within the plantation
