Scilly Spirit Island Whisky is a Single Grain, Single Cask small batch English Island Whisky. This is the third cask released - the first one sold out very quickly and there is only a few bottles of the second cask remaining!

This bottling has been taken from a medium toasted European oak barrel - only 250 bottles released for general sale.
